On 20 and 21 October, the 18th meeting of the Joint Committee for the Succession of Diplomatic and Consular Properties of the Former SFRY in accordance with Annex B of the Agreement on Succession Issues was held at Brdo pri Kranju.
With the aim to proceed with a joint sale of the immovable property of the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in Berne, Bonn, Tokyo and New York, the authorised representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia agreed, among other, to publish a public invitation to tender for the provision of real estate services.
The invitation has also been published in The Financial Times and The Economist. Basis on the received offers, the successor states to the former SFRY will make a consensual decision on the real estate agency with which to sign an agreement on the sale of the said property.
