The Podutik property includes 14 land plots, for a total land area of 44,511.00 m². Part of the terrain is flush with the road, and part of the terrain rises on an incline along the slope of a historic quarry. Under the valid zoning plan, the land plot iszoned for multi-apartment residential development with a high floor space index (FSI) of 1.8.
In 2009 an architectural competition was held for the “Podutik Quarry” project. The awarded project envisaged a terraced multi-apartment complex with 411 apartments with excellent views.
