Dear Members, Russian-Slovenian Business Club is pleased to invite you to the Assembly Meeting of Noncommercial Partnership “Russian-Slovene Club of Businessmen” which will be held in Togliatti

The event will be held on Thursday, July 05th, 2018, 6.00 p.m. in Conference hall “Forum” of the “AMAKS Yubileynaya” hotel to the address: Togliatti city, Yubileynaya str, 6, 3rd floor (The entrance to the hotel “AMAKS Yubileinaya” to the meeting is carried out through the "Terrassa" restaurant porch. You should up on marble stairs to the 3rd floor).

Further, after the official part we plan a banquet at the restaurant “Vesna” at Togliatti, st. Yubileynaya 6A. The beginning of the banquet is at 7.45 p.m.

According to Russian legislation we need quorum, which is provided by the presence of representatives not less than 50% of the members or their representatives. We kindly ask you take a part in General Meeting of RSBCLUB. 
Under the Charter the Club members who are legal entity may be present at the General Meeting in person or give proxy form to the authorized person.
